islamic republic of iran and international political order

a reconsideration of the standpoints adopted by the islamic victory of the islamic revolution will be an attempt to evaluate our present situation and to gain a more profound view toward future standpoits. first, the manner of irans' treatment with the united front of the west is considered. the political standpoits adopted on the basis of islamic views play the crucial role which explain iran's positions. imam khomeini's profound knowledge of the realites in the international political order, and particularly his  keen insights. imam khomeini's standpoits with respect to england in the begining of the revolution, his policies with respect to the u.s. hostages, the blasphemy of salman rushdie, his letter to gorbachev, and western mass media are all instances of that basic principle.
